An Exercise Of Reason started off as a solo project lead by David Paquete, featuring Anthi on bass.It soon became a band in the summer of 2013 after Edu joining them as a second guitarist and by fall of 2013 and Henning taking the seat behind drums.
Their music can be described as progressive rock with a metal stroke.
